WHAT IS
POLY DRUG USE?

Poly drug use is the act of using multiple substances at the same time, including prescribed or illicit medication and alcohol. Poly drug use is very common and poses a serious risk of harm depending on the substances that are being used together. 

Much like a game of noughts and crosses, Poly Drug use can put you 1 move away from being crossed out.

“Turn Back” is a campaign developed with Hywel Dda Health Board by Dyfed Drug and Alcohol Service. The campaign is funded by HDHB. The campaign aims to discuss the dangers of poly drug use and overdose risk, spread awareness of harm reduction and educate through testimonials and expert advice. Statistics are provided by Hywel Dda Health Board. It is a non-profit campaign.
